My fee is comparable to that of other clinical psychologists in San Francisco with similar education, training, background, and expertise.  I reserve a few reduced-fee spots in my private practice for patients in financial need.

If you have out-of-network benefits through your PPO plan, I can provide an itemized Superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement.  If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:

• What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?

• Is there a deductible I have to reach first, and if so how much is it?

• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed? And at what rate?

• How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

• How do I submit a Superbill for reimbursement?
