I specialize in providing psychotherapy for adults who wish to work on issues such as:

Working through grief, loss, and complicated emotional pain
Developing more fulfilling and connected relationships
Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length and occur weekly or more frequently. The sessions can be in-person, via HIPAA-compliant tele-therapy platforms, or both in-person and remote. Together, we can work together to make treatment choices to help you to get unstuck, meet your treatment goals, and find greater freedom in your life.
